Privacy Policy for Rivulet
Last Updated: March 8, 2026
Overview
Rivulet (“the App”) is a tvOS application that allows users to stream media from their Plex Media Server and live TV sources on Apple TV. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Data Collection
We do not collect any personal data.
The App does not collect, transmit, or share any user information with us or any third parties. We have no servers, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.
Local Device Storage
The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

- Server Configuration: Connection details for your Plex servers and IPTV sources are stored locally.
- Watch Progress: Resume points and playback history are stored locally so you can pick up where you left off.
- Cached Content: Library metadata, images, and EPG data are cached temporarily on your device for performance.
- User Preferences: Your settings (favorite channels, library pins, audio preferences) are stored locally.
This locally stored data is not transmitted to us or any third party.
